Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They are valid indefinitely from the date of issue. Simply Wines Direct Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Vouchers ordered through Simply Wines Direct Web Site will be sent to the delivery address as specified when the order is taken. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a combined value of £20 or less will be sent by 1st class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival. Two days before your requested delivery date, our voucher department will send you another email informing you that your order has been despatched.

Force Majeure; Simply Wines Direct cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
